Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“We almost didn't go to their tasting buy boy are we glad we did. We went to two other caterers before our scheduled tasting with Hearty Boys and figured they would each be good, but for some reason we went to Hearty Boys and were blown away! The food is such a step up from any other wedding caterer we tried. The chef came out with each course to walk us through what everything was and how the flavors worked together. Their presentation was also way better than the other options we saw and took our critiques to heart to make the meal ours. Neither of us are tomato fans so even though the salads came with tomatoes ours didn't, my wife has a garlic sensitivity so her meal was able to be made with other flavors to avoid and issues. All of the food on the night of was amazing and they had a server dedicated just to me and my wife so we never were without a drink and appetizers were always on their way to us as we mingled with guests. It's also obvious that Derek and their entire team are passionate about your night going exactly how you want it to. We cannot recommend them enough.“

From the start, working with the owners was seamless. We collaborated to create a progressive menu that felt completely tailored to our evening. What I appreciated most was the flexibility. There were plenty of options to choose from, and they were open to curating beyond the standard menu to bring our vision to life. The execution was next level. Their team arrived fully prepared with everything needed. Setup, prep work, bar service, cocktails, table presentation, and serving utensils… all handled. Truly a turnkey experience. All we had to provide was the alcohol and kitchen space. A special shoutout to Sergio, our server, and Chef Berta. The food was fresh, light, and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. And I have to say… having our own branzino each was such a standout detail. Not only is their menu extensive and their food incredible, they really care about their community, the service is amazing and they always do whatever they can to help you out. Fresh ingredients, no fillers, high quality oils and fats, nice portions. Not that the other services are bad, but I compare them to frozen entrees at the grocery store, but taste a bit better. My Wholesome 360 entrees were restaurant quality, but with farm to table fresh ingredients-I could literally taste each of the food elements.
