“Always friendly folks here and great food! Police, military, veteran themed place with amazing BBQ meats and a ton of good southern sides. Love the cheesy potatoes and Mac and cheese. With six to eight tasty sauces and some good southern desserts, there's something for everyone. And, of course, the cornbread is a BBQ staple ... Broccoli salad is really good.“
“The teenager male with the glasses recommended the gyro pork kebab dinner we got that with rice and Greek salad he also recommended us a side of spicy feta. I didn’t catch his name but he was very patient and answered me and my husbands questions. It was also extremely busy the evening we visited and our food was out relatively quickly all the staff handled the extremity busy time really well. Thank you Nicky’s!“
“I usually do my own BBQ but felt lazy today so we ordered some BBQ from @gematosbbq in Naperville and it is delicious. Highly recommend the ribs, rib tips and the BBQ chicken. The sides were delicious especially the Grecian potatoes. Will definitely order from here again.“
“Gave this place a whirl during my lunch before tuning 4 pianos at Crone Middle School. It exceeded my expectations so much that I came back after tuning those pianos which was 4.5 hours later and the cashier even recognized me which was a nice surprise. Customer service was great and the food was even better. I love that they have a few different sauces to experiment with the tasty food. The sassy, shark sauce and shark white and can’t forget there version of the Carolina sauce. All of it was on point. I had the half chicken and a sausage link with a side of green beans, mashed potatoes and sweet mashed later on with the corn muffin. Everything was kosher and definitely will be back next week as there are more pianos to be tuned at different schools. Highly recommend this place!“
“I was recommended this place by my coworkers and this is honestly the best chicken I’ve ever had at a restaurant in many many many years. Food is cheap, atmosphere is friendly, owner is super nice, they even have a selection of mild to spicy sauces that’s huge and some of them they even made themselves. That Yummi sauce sure is Yummy. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“
