Famous Dave’s has definitely changed their ribs and and brisket quality around 2025. I was a fan of Famous Dave’s for decades, but it’s clear that cost cutting is taking place. A true shame. We still love Granite City. We love the Wilbur beans and corn bread. Great service but now just average ribs and brisket.
I like famous Dave's but it would be nice to eat at Granit City Brewery. Going back for Sunday brunch
This was a welcome surprise. My family and I would frequent the location in Bolingbrook when it was around. After they closed we figured no other locations would be near us. We happened to be in the area yesterday and saw this location pop up in maps while searching for someplace to eat. As indicated this location is carry out only.
