To make an order on your mobile phone and to go pick it up and you still have to wait more than 30 minutes sometimes more I only had that problem in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to them close in the morning they have wonderful personnel

Bad service, I order an egg and cheese and I point it out to him and when I receive the order it was not, I tell him and I thought I was going to change and he calls the cashier and the cashier starts to tell me that that was what I ordered and I tell him that it was what What I asked for and I'm not going to be wasting my time, plus I had to go because I go to work at 6 am and I left. As I driver, finding a quick, quality, breakfast sandwich is difficult. Customer service was horrible! Just an assembly line attitude, and threw the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant without any care at all, in addition the he price of it was way too high! Never again!

For some reason they can’t hear me the first time and I have to repeat myself. This isn’t my first time having to do this. I asked for 5 caramel on my iced coffee and they gave me 9 and misheard. Like I said not the first time they got something wrong but I decided to give them another chance.
