We used to love Dunkin, but lately it's seems like the store is stealing the coffee, because the coffee is really watered down, it's milk, water and sugar only. You can barely taste the coffee. This is just a shame. Normally, I have no problem here, but today, I stopped through the drive-thru to get coffee, and they handed it to me with a loose lid. The coffee spilled on my pants, which were new. I was on my way to church. I stand in front of everyone. I only had a water bottle handy, so I had to pour water on my pants to make sure they wouldn't stain.

I went through drive thru and the line moved quickly that morning. My order was correctly received. However I only gave a 4star to the service because wax paper was not used to separate 2 chocolate donuts. This caused some portions of the chocolate icing spread on the bag.
