El Taco Ranchero Food Truck Bolingbrook

Went to the food truck in Bolingbrook on my lunch break, when I got home I saw that my tacos were prepared incorrectly. They were missing the onion and cilantro and only had the cheese and sour cream that I paid extra for. I messaged the Facebook page and all I got was an apology. Not an offer for a partial refund or even a replacement. Most of my break was spent with the tacos being prepared so of course I did not have time to come back to get it replaced. I frequent the truck often and never have any issues so I’m disappointed in how my first issue is being handled.

Terrible! Cook / order taker wasn't friendly and almost to the point of being rude. We were charged for ingredients that wasn't on the tacos and burritos, which were tasteless.

Didn't get what we'd ordered. I had ordered a burrito dinner and olny got the burrito. Nothing more. Wife ordered tacos americano, but just got plain tacos with no extras. Nachos supreme was good, but didn't make up for the $40 paid. Won't be going back

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 Al pastor and 1 chorizo taco. Menu says 2.50 each so $10 right? Wrong. I hand the guy $20 and get back $5. All he tells me is, “sorry tax”. So I’m thinking whatever I’ll give them a chance. Get my tacos. All very little meat. And the al pastor aren’t even al pastor. Looks like he just mixed whatever leftover meat they had and called it al pastor. Looks like some beef mixed in. Anyways, just beware since there are some unethical business practices going on here. Will not be going back.

Just had them cater a 50th Birthday party. Set up all their cooking equipment, tent and cold station for taco fixings. Extremely friendly staff, they served chicken, pork, steak, rice and refried beans all were delicious. I recommend adding in their guacamole very tasty!. Highly recommend using them for any function and would use their services.

Absolutely love this place, its probably my favorite place to eat at the promenade. The tacos are excellent (lengua is my favorite) and my favorite thing in the menu is the quesadillas. Excellent place to eat at 10/10would recommended.
