This is the perfect spot for a date night. The lighting is beautiful... rather low, but warm. Plenty of booths, and attentive service. I had salmon, and it was delicious. My friends had a variety of generous entrees and all spoke highly of their experience. One had chicken franchese, and the portion was large enough for 2 or 3. She happily took her leftovers home. It's convenient - close to Hwy 55 in Bolingbrook. I'll be going back for sure.

When we got to the restaurant, the manager (I think it was the manager) said that we could only sit in the bar even though we had a reservation for a table. He said that Open Table made a mistake and shouldn't have had availability. Because I was unhappy, mainly because it would be a struggle for my elderly parents to get into high top chair, he eventually said they could squeeze us in to a table. I am not sure what this was all about because there were several open tables. He left a bad taste in my mouth and am not sure I will be back.

Service and entrees were very good. We had the margherita pizza was below average and mocha cake was terrible- we didn't eat it. Excellent ambience. Also the wine was surprisingly good, both Merlot and Cabernet.

This was our first trip to Goat and Vine, it won't be our last. The cocktails were excellent. The presentation and taste of the food was good. The service was great. Looking forward to going back and trying the happy hour.

Everything we ordered was great! We had chicken marsala, chicken vesuvio and the short ribs. We didn't have an appetizer tonight ,but have had grandma's meatballs in the past, which were amazing! Always great food and service!

Our server may have been new so I don't want to criticize her, she seemed to be trying. The appetizers (and we ordered 4 of them) were all amazing. Our entrees not so much, both overcooked and dry, but could have been great. We will go back at some point. I think we may have just hit this kitchen on a bad night. The interior is very nice and it was a pleasant place to be.

This was the first time my husband and I went to the restaurant on. Sweetest Day October 18, 2025. The ambience is a stylish decor and soft lighting creates a warm sophisticated value. Upon arriving for our 4:00 pm reservations we were told all moscatos were SOLD OUT!! Huh? The waitress said the distributor and restaurant were having issues. Ok. We proceeded to order what we could alcohol wise in celebration of sweetest day! Upon our food arriving, i had the salmon/roasted potatoes and asparagus. The salmon had skin on it which is not my favorite so I think I”ll get the pasta next time. The veggies and potatoes were very roasted. My husband had the cheese ravolli with shrimp which was divine. He did appreciate the tails being removed. It was also part of The buy one, get one free pasta deal which is such a great value, unfort getting home that night, My husbands lasagna that was free wasn't included in our bag as expected. I had a feeling to check the bag but I didn't and assumed it would be in there. Why wouldn't it be, right? I also was craving the chocolate mint cake which was also SOLD OUT. We settled for the 7 sins of chocolate which was just thrown in a to go container which didn't close. I think it could have been presented more nicely and split into two to fit in a to go box. Presentation is everything right? I hope to be back, but on the fence.

Great place and good food! Had birthday dinner there with family and they gave us free chocolate covered strawberries while we enjoyed our after-dinner cocktails.

This is a great restaurant to have in Bolingbrook, and I visit each time I'm in town. It's big enough that I can bring my entire family, or cozy enough if I want to have dinner with only my mom. The wines, sourced from Paso Robles, are very good - so good that I usually get an extra bottle to bring home.

A gem of a restaurant for Bolingbrook to take my family dinner when in town. Their wines are good, and worth taking home an extra bottle.

Staff was very nice and the food was good. It seems like most dishes were pretty low on a balanced diet (vegetables) Ambience was ok but a big more industrial for my tastes. It was pretty noisy even on a very slow Tuesday night. My biggest complaint was that the building was unusually cold making my spouse glad she brought extra layers.
