I always come to this michoacana location and most of the time everything is on point. Today unfortunately Nayeli didn't give me the costumer service that I usually get. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming but she seemed like the kind of person that would go out of her way to argue or make a customer just feel like they're wrong.

Great selection of ice cream, and other snacks such as smoothies, yogurt with fruit, and more. Staff is always friendly and quickly tends to the customers making for a speedy checkout.

The Tortas at this place are *chefs kiss. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. Everything is kept so clean and fresh.

Parking: Limited spots in front. Walmart parking next over and plenty there.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. The staff is extremely rude and stingy, especially the older women.

I came here with my niece to get her ice cream and did not know the ice cream I got her had peanuts in it so I asked them to switch it for me because she’s severely allergic to peanuts, they said no. Even though she didn’t even touch the ice cream they said I had to pay for a new one. The lack of empathy and understanding from the staff was extremely disappointing. They also displayed a lack of basic customer service skills.

I will not be returning to this michoacana and would advise others to steer clear as well. Go to the one down the street instead.

Good service, but the prices on the screen show another! Is not correct!

Terrible service and zero flexibility towards customers they forget it that customer always comes first I will never return again

Terrible service! I got an ice cream cone but unfortunately it didn’t taste very good and I asked 3 people politely to see if they can please exchange it for something else but no flexibility for customers! I understand it’s not feasible to do that but it doesn’t happen often but when it does, customer satisfaction should always be put first, not money or loss. I’ll never come here again

A couple of days ago we spent here but the staff treated us very badly, terrible service, it seems that they are doing us a favor in selling, they are not friendly, they serve poorly as if they did not feel like working, I really do not recommend going to this place, there is much more where they serve us well and make us feel happy to return. We have been customers here since this business was founded, but if they don't change. Do like me, they will also lose more customers, just remember that they have a salary for the customers.

Was charged more for an item, and was told it was my fault that I had said I had it, then I was told they couldn’t give back a refund on the card because the manager had told them, then when we asked to be able to speak to a manager the server told us no that she just spoke to the manager. Then she doesn’t give us the receipt when we went back inside for it she told us she couldn’t give it to us or let us take a picture of it because the manager told her not to, until another server came over and told her it was fine for us to take a picture of it. server name was Karen honestly this whole experience is something I never gotten before from any other of similar locations.

Bad experience, I ordered a snowball in a glass larger than the one they were supposed to throw away and the lady who served me told me in a bad temper that a glass was being wasted hehehe I told her to charge me for the glass too but I wanted the snow in a bigger glass because the children get thrown snow and get angry, I don't go back there again.

Terrible Experience - Hair Found and Unprofessional StaffI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at La Michoacana Classic, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. Not only did I find a hair in my food, but the way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable.Upon discovering the hair, I immediately took it to the attention of the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they started defending themselves and became rude and disrespectful. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation left me appalled and disheartened.As a customer, I believe that it is essential to be treated with respect and understanding, especially in such situations. Unfortunately, the staff at La Michoacana Classic failed to meet these basic expectations.Overall, I cannot recommend La Michoacana Classic based on my experience. The presence of a hair in my food is already unacceptable, but the unprofessional behavior of the staff made the entire situation even worse. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their customer service and hygiene standards.
