I want to compliment the servers at this location.i picked up my food ar 2pm on time and there were several boxes. I barely had time to ask them to take it to the car when they picked them up and within 5 minutes I was on my way home. Two of them were very efficient in explaining the contents in the boxes. I chose Portillos since I attended a party that had their catering and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank You

AFTER 4 YEARS this place being a Friday go to, we are going to look for a different spot. The price of the food keep going up and the quality and quantity keeps going down. I'm not sure how they are so inconsistent with their fries. Somethings there hot and sometimes they are just room temp. My wife gets the Italian beef and she says the same. Tonight, 11/16/2024 for are order for two people, our fries were luke warm, my wife's Sandwich was warm but not hot, and they...

I recently visited Portillo's, and it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual meal. I tried their famous Italian beef sandwich, and it did not disappoint—tender meat, rich flavors, and the perfect amount of gravy. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and I couldn't resist finishing off with their chocolate cake shake, which was decadent and delicious.
