the food is definitely not fresh as the meat looks as if it has been sitting out all night, the lettuce is browning, and the mixed female manager is extremely rude, we canceled our order because I can find fresher meat and veggies in the dumpster than this location, so we took our business to Jersey Mike's across the street where they truly offer fresh made sandwiches. Potebelly will just say " sorry for your bad experience at our shop, we strive to stay fresh " what a joke.
