I go to this location every morning before work. Today I was disrespected and my order was disgusting. And what’s makes it so bad is the lady that works in there though that it was funny. I would never go back to this Location again

I hardly ever rate chains, but this place absolutely deserves an exception. It is without a doubt a large cut above all other Starbucks I’ve been to. Orders are accurate and come out fast. The place is clean, and everyone is so friendly.

I very regularly stop in the morning and spend over $14 for breakfast and later in the day on my return from work ill stop in to get water, sometimes with an overpriced cake pop, just for the appreciation. Today I stopped in, after work to grab a water and found out they no longer are allowed to if you don't buy something at that given point.
As Starbucks no longer wants my business, I will no longer give it my business. So long, I've been a loyal client for over 10 years but you failed me.

Unfortunately I had stopped by here to get my drink but half of the time my drink is made incorrectly. Today I had received nitro cold brew instead of regular cold brew, and had no cold foam. The team is very serious and not as welcoming… I understand that they have to be quick for the DT lines but service and quality aren’t there. 😕

I have been going to Starbucks since they were only in Seattle.
eventually in 30 states as well. This experience completely changed my perception of this franchise.
I visited with my adult grandson on Saturday mid morning. 3 cars in the drive thru, 4 people inside, 5 employees behind the counter. With no one in line I placed our order.
One order came up in 3 minutes, my order for a house blend (as simple as you can get) took over 10 minutes with no order. After asking for help it took over 15 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee; unbelievable.
As a investor I can see why the CEO was recently fired. Watch out iconic brand, you have 2 new good competitors on the horizon.
