My appointment was 5:30 pm but I try to check in 11 am they send me back and said to come back 2 hours before the appointment and i came back 3:30 get loaded 5:30 security staff and office staff was very nice clean restroom

Easy pick up and delivery nothing fancy. Watch the entrance and exit and don't hit your trailer on the curbs.

Had a 16:50hrs appointment came in at 13:00hrs checked in got a door within 30 min of checking in and loading began 14:00 Out by 15:00 hrs. Very friendly staff alot of room to back up and alot about 20 spots for stand by before getting loaded. Very clean restroom and driver lounge 👌 👍🏻 I guess I got lucky 😎‼️

8am Saturday appointment. Checked in at 7:20. Given a door. Out by 9:30. Pleasant staff. Clean lot. Easy backing. Parking lot is not that big though. If there are several trucks in the lot at the same time, it could get tight.

i was picking up 5 pallets check in 2:pm now is 6Pm i don’t have door yet never came back for this campany i don’t why they gave 3.5 stars

Very tight parking, took over 3 hours to get a half a trailer loaded. Guards are nice.

First time here. Got here about 10 minutes before appointment time. Guard was pretty nice , plenty of room to get around. After checking in at shipping office, I had got a door right away . After about 20 minutes they started loading my trailer and were done in about 20 minutes. Young lady inside called me in for my paperwork and I was out of there in no time.

The first time here, go to office to check in, the young lady will tell you which dock number, back in with door closed. Temp -10. The green light will come on once finished, the young lady will call you once the paperwork is ready. A couple of hours in and out. It was a good experience for me.

Turano bakery as we know it has very friendly staff. I am forever in their debt for going above and beyond to get me in and out of an appointment during a personal crisis.

Their check in procedure is a little odd. As you give exactly the same info to the guard as you do the the office. And they have to check us out as well and make sure the seal is attached. Even tho we don't require a seal.

They are very quick once they get started. And parking isn't as tight as it is in other locations.

Yea everyone is nice but don’t expect to get out of here in a timely manner 2000 appointment and it’s going on midnight and don’t bother asking if you can stay on property cause they ran you out of hours for
