Ordered fish sandwich got home and couldn’t even bite into it. Went back manager apologized and some fresh just came up. Got home and almost lost a tooth biting into it. Avoid fish sandwich!!!
The fries were the saltiest thing I've ever tasted. The fries were so salty they were white, and I had to tap them on the tray to knock the salt off and actually see the golden fry underneath. When I dumped my tray in the trash, 75% of it was salt.

I never had experience such horrible quality of food from Wendy's in my life. Chilli was cold, Mushroom bacon burger was cold and had about 6 oz of mayonnaise on it. Plus the little fat pig tried putting the chilli in the bag with chilli all over the outside of the cup. Owners you will lose money with service like this. Horrible is an understatement! Management should be retrained or fired!
Not sure how u confuse bacon with sausage but my entire order was wrong not even worth going back for it i just wont be back again

I ordered baconators fries on 10/31/24to my realize they gave me this garlic chicken tiny chickens less than fries I got some I didn’t ordered and i dont like garlic. We noticed about issue in highway, yall should pay attention to what customers are ordering. Never going back to wendys always messing orders

I witnessed an employee drop a packet of sour cream onto the floor, which had mop water all over it. When she picked it up, she had a sealed bag of tortilla chips in the same hand. As she picked up the sour cream packet, the bag of tortilla chips got mop water on it. She then proceeded to put that same bag of tortilla chips into a customer's order. I’m assuming they use bleach to clean the floors, so this is unacceptable. This happened between 9:15- 9:20 on October 23rd

Went here after a haunted house because it was one of the only things open. Burger was not great but I was starving. Woke up at 3 am and vomited the entire meal. Thanks for the food poisoning. Avoid.
