Very nice hotel. We pulled off the road due to thunderstorms and decided not to white knuckle drive. We were very happy with this hotel and had a nice relaxing night. enjoyed our stay. So much nicer than many of the Best Western's I've stayed in. Perhaps it will put Best Western back on top again. Good job Best Western.
My entire stay was absolutely wonderful! Sherrie was super awesome, she provided exceptional customer service! She went over and beyond the call of duty! She was attentive, friendly, approachable and welcoming

Room was very big, somewhat clean (coffee maker had scum in the water chamber with old coffee in it, hair in shower, litter on floor by trash can) one side of the bed usb port not functional. Overcharged by $20 per night added at checkout for service animal when I was told there was not a charge on check in (I would not have stayed here if I was informed of this before booking). Breakfast was one of the worst at any hotel, only flavored coffee "creamer", stale cereal, old potatoes...read full review
