You would think with a name like "Candy and Cake" that the desserts would be awesome. Had the banana cream pie and it was made from dehydrated bananas and they were still crunchy. The sandwiches we ordered were great.

Candy & Cake is a restaurant offering both savory food and desserts. The shawarma is top of the top, very flavorful and juicy, with really good, crispy fries. The chicken tenders were perfect and crunchy with good seasoning, though service was not that good. The menu looks amazing. For desserts, customers ordered a cake for a bridal shower and a daughter’s cake; both turned out beautiful with wonderful work and detail. Pies were delicious and pretty. The restaurant has a favorite ice cream (Cappuccino crunch). Staff is always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, communicating well on orders. The place smells like they’re cooking something good. It is a place worth coming back to for future orders.
