Cracker Barrel Reviews
I love this Cracker Barrel, have been coming for years. It’s warm and inviting and something about it always leaves me with a great mood. Staff is always nice and welcoming as well. I highly recommend.
Do not go to this restaurant!! I AM A LOVER OF CRACKER BARREL!! I get the same things every time I go. the worst experience I had had prior to this was a Valentine's day and they ran out of stuff which no complaints they were obviously beyond packed....THAT being said I don't like their lemonade ok cool.... got sprite tasted like plain seltzer water...ok fine....got Dr pepper was basically out of syrup as well but appetizers were good so I just shut my mouth. then came then food!...read full review
😞I couldn't eat the food . Biscuits not brown, apple not cooked long enough hard 'French toast really bad more like overcooked toast, sausages over cooked not good like they used to be. My grandson very disappointed, but he did say the pancakes were good. This was the worse meal I've ever had there.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers a warm and cozy dining experience with a family setting. Many customers enjoy the delicious, hot food, including the best fried chicken and pancakes, and excellent BlackBerry pie. Almost everything sampled has been described as delicious. The restaurant provides timely service, with servers like Joe and Katelyn offering great service. However, some customers find inconsistency in the attention to detail, such as overcooked steak and eggs not scrambled with cheese. One customer mentioned that their food was a 9 out of 10, but was disappointed when crispy bacon was microwaved to achieve crispness. Others have expressed preferences for menu options, suggesting that a casserole with no onions or regular hashbrowns with no upcharge would be appreciated. Takeout experiences vary, with some noting that the bags used do not hold the dinner containers flat, causing the contents to shift and mix, especially the juice from chicken dumplings leaking into other compartments. Overall, the atmosphere and service quality can differ among customers, but the food and cozy setting remain popular features of the restaurant.
