Was in on Wednesday 3 employees working 1 person in front of me restaurant empty of any other customers! Wait 15 minutes as the 3 employees looked dazed and confused about how to make a sandwich took another 8 minutes for them to accomplish making my very simple sandwich. Said sandwich was meh at best bread lacked freshness and flavor the meat tasted old and dried up like it had been out for some time. The Hook and ladder is one of the Best sandwich’s .The Ham is sweet and complements the turkey perfect blend of ingredients. Would recommend it and the Meatballs are out of this world.
