Was excited to try again after many years. While the brisket was delicious, a tad salty but acceptable, the sides were less than desirable. Seasoning does go a long way to bring our the flavors of your sides. Don't be afraid to use them. :) The coleslaw tasted like plain mayonnaise. No seasoning. The Mac and Cheese was nice and cheesy/creamy. If it had seasoning, it would have been one of the better ones. Most are dry. The ranch potatoes were the worst. Dried out and bland. The best part were the charred pieces.

Ordered a hot link. When I got my food, it’s just a hot Polish not a hot link ordered brisket came really dry and Old I wish it would let me upload a picture
My wife and I ate at Jimmy Jo's last night and I tried the 1/2 slab of ribs for the 1st time. I hate to say it, but they were a disappointment. The ribs were VERY dry and hard to chew. I wondered if they were left in the smoker too long or left over from the holiday 2 days ago. Something just wasn't right. I would have asked for something different, but we had to get going. My wife's pulled pork and both of our sides were good as usual. I usually get the beef brisket or pulled pork and will stick with them in the future.

The young lady at the window was very nice and helpful. I had rib tips,corn on the cob and potato salad which has alot of garlic in it and I have not ever had it with garlic but it was good.

We have a fifty fifty chance of our order being correct! Sad to say we were ordering alot. I am so disappointed and won't be going back. The food is delicious when they get it right. Big Texan chopped and lean! We got our sandwiches beef cut in slabs and full of fat. So we called spoke with the manager. So next time when we placing the order we asked for the owner and Michele told us he was to busy and hung up on my husband. I went in and placed the order and left our phone number. Was told the owner would call. Well he never did. So that was our last visit. Obviously you don't need our business.

I've been going to Jimmy Jo's BBQ for years and this is the first time I received bad food? These rib tips are burnt, tough, crispy all the way through and drier than the Sahara desert. Taste like they were left over from yesterday. Tried using sauce, which I never had to use before and they are still inedible! $13 in the garbage. And they didn't give me the bread I requested.
