The employees were so unaccommodating. We came with a group of 5 for a hibachi reservation that we made. They placed us at a table where 3 of our 5 couldn't even see the food being prepared. We asked for another table so everyone could see the show and they said no, they had to fill the table and even though the chefs back would to 3 of the people in our party, they said they would try to make it so the three of our five people could see. ANOTHER awesome birthday celebrated with my family at Kansai ❤️ Excellent food + wonderful staff. The lobster tails were perfect 🦞❤️
We had a great experience,our service was excellent! Love how our cook interacted with our table.The portion is great,and plenty leftover for home!This was mine and my grandsons first time going,my daughter has been here before,she recommended us to go!! Definitely we'll be back!! Very delicious food 😋🤤🔥
