We had a great experience,our service was excellent! Love how our cook interacted with our table.The portion is great,and plenty leftover for home!This was mine and my grandsons first time going,my daughter has been here before,she recommended us to go!! Definitely we'll be back!! Very delicious food 😋🤤🔥 Thank You for the service and experience!!

I like the food but the experience it’s not the best because I don’t like the service, if they don’t get better customer service they will lose more customers,I think the restaurant have the potential to have more customers but with that customer service i don’t think so!

The food is great but the people that work there are not professional and kind , depends how you looks they will treat you, I’ve been there like 4 times and it’s always the same experience (not nice at all) It's like my money is worthless and I don’t tink that it’s ok , Employees need to change their manners or they will lose a lot of customers because the bad experience

I ordered my food to go. So maybe that’s why the food was disgusting!!!! I got chicken hibachi dinner with an order of noodles. The chicken was drenched in some type of marinade. The rice has absolutely no salt or pepper it was very bland and the noodles taste like they took a whole bottle of teriyaki or soy sauce and dumped it on the very small portion. It’s sad because this is the only place for hibachi near by but I will never return I would rather just drive 30 minutes to go to a place where they actually take their time to pre-pare the food even if it’s a carry- out 0/10.

Food is decent. Our server was attentive and friendly. The place needs new chairs and carpet! I can look past the carpet. Invest in some seating.

KanSai is one of, if not my all-time, favorite restaurant that I've ever dined at. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the hibachi cooks are very talented and hilarious and the food always comes out perfectly. Their sushi is also always phenomenal. I always get the shrimp tempura rolls when I go and fall in love with them all over again each and every time. I will always recommend KanSai for anyone looking for high-quality Asian cuisines. It's very much worth every penny spent there.
