The food here is usually good but the service tonight was bad. Most were told “10 min” to wait for food while it was more like 30 min to an hour wait. Didn’t really seem that busy. We are sited 55 min after we were told it would be 10 min. We were disappointed with the service tonight as we have gotten pizza and crazy bread from this location with no problems many times before.
Not only were we given the wrong pizzas, after paying $50 for our meal, there was a hair in the stuffed breadstick when I broke it in half. This after I called the store to get a refund, because we live 35 minutes away, and we were told they don’t know who their manager is. Also said they can only refund if you paid in cash. I have never in my life heard of a store or restaurant that can’t refund on a card. Just a bunch of irresponsible teens who don’t even care enough...read full review
