it was just a truly weird experience from the start. i’ve never been here before, and had a gift card we wanted to use. I pulled up & there was a sign on the door saying the card reader wasn’t working. I then checked online to see how long it would take for them to make a pick up order since that appeared to be the only way we could pay with the gift card at this point.
