The delivery guy was very nice and it came basically on time, but I don’t know what’s going on with the pizza quality. Monica’s used to be good but now it’s barely mediocre. I ordered a pizza well done hoping it would solve the past limp pizza but this last order was not well done and almost soggy. It’s in my oven right now, hoping to salvage it. Sat for 35 minutes and was never even served our drinks. Server could barely be found walking through the dining area that was scarcely filled. When my grandmother spoke to the manager he loudly told her they were short staffed and waiting for more servers. Wouldn't you expect a manager to apologize and promise to promptly & personally bring out the drinks? Not here in Bourbonnais! We left and won't be back. Very poorly managed and staffed.
