I relocated to Bourbonnais about nine months ago, and as a former barista, it's essential for me to find a Starbucks that serves my favorite drinks. This location has consistently exceeded my expectations! Although I haven't visited inside yet, my experiences as a drive-thru customer have been fantastic. I'm always greeted with a friendly voice at the speaker and a warm smile at the window! <3
I came in a busier time in the morning and thought I would be waiting a while. I was wrong! They had a more efficient drive thru than any other place I’ve been to. The best part? The staff are so friendly and make the best coffee. I will go out of my way to come get coffee here because it’s that much better!
This location makes their drinks very well, I’ve rarely had a bad coffee here. Only issue is how loud they play their music indoors making it not the greatest place to study/work/catch up with people. Overall it’s still a great place.
