“I walked into the lobby to get my food. There was a wait but they were super busy and short staffed. A women at the drive through window was angry and begging nasty to the women working. She the. Pulled around and came inside yelling and going on or absolutely no reason since they did everything she asked for. The women behind the counter did everything the woman wanted her to and she did it respectfully and with a good attitude. She handled the situation with grace and continued her job. I didn’t catch her name but she said she’s worked for Taco Bell for 20 years. She absolutely deserves a raise. I can’t tell she’s a hard worker and she was so kind to everyone.“
“I want to say thank you to the staff tonight, they're awesome! The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The 2 guys at the window were great! I had an issue with my order they took care of it right away without hesitation. They were friendly and very understanding.
