“After my kidney donation surgery, of course Taco Bell would be my first drive thru restaurant after leaving the University of Chicago and Medicine. Surfsandtrees and I decided to stop at this location in Batavia before heading to Chicago Toy Company to get some fuel for our rumbling tummies.I opted for one of my favs the Mexican meal combo, which included 2 scrumptious supreme hard shell tacos and a refreshing Baja Blast. Which Surfsontrees reminded me that they used to put green onions on the Mexican Pizza...oh yea.He went for the Chalupa combo meal, a true masterpiece, and also got 2 hard shell tacos. The staff were very friendly and were able to hook us up with sauces after we made our request for hot sauce.The food was everything we needed to help lift our spirits and continue with our trip. I give a special thanks to the staff of Taco Bell for making our post-surgery drive thru experience.Dietary restrictions: You can ask for a vegetarian option to any of their combos.Parking: There was plenty of parking that we decided to enjoy our meal inside our vehicle to admire the beautiful day. They even had a garbage can to keep our Earth clean from our garbage after we eat.Kid-friendliness: The staff were very friendly and were able to take our order with no issues at all.“
“this is the greatest taco bell i have been to in my entire life. for starters, the staff is so kind and attentive. compared to the taco bell near fox valley where you have to stand at the register for 15-20 simply to order/pay with cash (i’m not even kidding, this has happened on multiple occasions) they were right on it. the food also came out super fast also compared to the fox valley location with takes about 15-30 to get out the food for customers dining in. now to the food. food at all fast food places usually taste the same, but here it was so much better compared to other locations. the mexican pizza i got was hot, fresh, and delicious (they also got all of the extra things i wanted perfectly on there when other location ignore it) and so were the fries (the fries at the fox valley location are not fresh, horribly seasoned, and taste old and stale like they’ve been sitting out a while). the cheese was filled great as well (also compared to other locations where they barely fill it up halfway) and the restaurant in general was very clean and nice to be in. this should be how all taco bell’s should be and this is truly the best taco bell i have been to.“
“I've started going to this location over the Galena location even though it's farther away because it's so much better. I've never received an order with missing items and they've never messed up the food I order. Everything I order I order without cheese or sour cream and sometimes substitute items or add items and they get everything right every single time. I've also noticed that even when they are busy and the line is long, the wait is never as long as I'm expecting. They are efficient and accurate and I appreciate the workers at this location. “The staff that works the night shift are awesome. Super friendly and the food is always fresh not soggy or sloppy. I usually go there after work. There is a gentleman that works the drive through that is always super professional. sorry I don't have his name but I was there last night (11/5/23) and he is always really polite and professional. Always asks how my work day is going because i think he is starting to remember my order or maybe my car. or me, lol: anyway he is great. great staff.“
