The food is very disgusting. iPhone here in it. And then I called people and they had a problem with it. They don’t care about the customers. I don’t recommend going to this restaurant unless you want to have some hair and before I look at the cheeseburger, it was all sloppy and dirty.

I'm so tired of playing food roulette and wondering if they will have the item I want on their menu. They keep taking out items or changing the prices because they were "promotions" and rotating things that I just don't want/care. Also, prices are outrageous even for the "Biggie Bag" now ($7+ before tax), it's basically tinier combo meal with less food/drink! I recommend just go cook something at home to save your hard earned money. I am going to make it my mission to never eat at Wendy's again as long as I'm alive.

Something with my order is always wrong here! Listing some of the problems I have regularly experienced, the pop is just carbonated water, missing food, not fully cooked food, brown/red lettuce. After many trys, I have to stop visiting this establishment. Especially considering they have a no refund policy.

Went inside to order . Went up to the counter and the lady. At the counter did not greet my wife and myself . When my wife asked a question she just stood there and was typing on her phone . After a few minutes my wife asked if she heard her which she looked up and said hold on a moment while still typing on her phone . I decided to go . Cooled off went through the drive thru. After talking to the person at the window. Found out the lady was the morning manager. Very. Poorly customer service smiles. For a manager

Lady at the window rolled her eyes after asked for chocolate frosty as ordered . Wouldn’t have mattered much till she disappeared to the back . Very rude . Manager was very nice about it but still not 10/10 service

Went this morning for the new breakfast burritos, we had to wait 15 minutes for the burritos. I went in after 10 minutes and asked how much longer and they ignored me. I asked for a refund after the lady turned around and looked at me. She said they do cash refunds. I asked since when and she pointed to another lady who didn't speak English and walked away. So I'm trying to communicate with this lady and she just throws her hands up and walks away. Finally another lady came over and handed me my food.

Drive thru wait was super long for 3 sandwiches combo's 3 cars after us were served as we waited. It was ridiculous no sorry for ur wait.
