Walked in and ordered a Double Stack Bag. After receiving food at counter and walking back to table realized that sandwich was ice cold and wasn't even a double stack at all. Asked what came on sandwich and ingredients were missing from what I was told.

If you advertise a certain price on the menu you should honor it. If you can't change it on the outside menu you should have signage stating the price is incorrect. False advertising

Ordered a salad and it came with a long black hair. Wouldn't refund my money or offer a gift card to return so I left with less money in my pocket and no food.

This location consistently screws up orders. Nearly every time we get food from here something is either missing or completely incorrect. And when I say 'completely incorrect', I mean you'll get a completely different sandwich than you ordered, sometimes. More often things will be missing here and there, like a drink or fries or nuggets. It's also kind of 50/50 on whether you'll bring this issue to someone who owns the mistake and fixes it, or gives you a bad attitude. The food itself, when you actually get what you ordered, is generally to the quality you can expect from a standard Wendy's location.

The dining room was closed, they were supposed to be open until 8:30. Everything was locked up. My grandson had done a mobile order and had to call me to go through the drive-thru. The order wasn't ready which I guess is a good otherwise it would of been cold. The gentleman at the drive-thru apologized and had us park. He was very nice.

Went in while my car was getting work and got my kiddos Frostys. Absolutely wonderful, and a manager (I think) came out and was super nice to my little ones, giving them some of the meal toys. I think he made their day! He and another employee also offered to grab us napkins so I didnt have to keep getting up when my kids were messy.

Even though they got my frosty wrong, they corrected their mistake and gave me what I'd ordered. Unfortunately, the mess up and the correct item were both small when I initially ordered a medium, but seeing as they wouldn't take back the messup, I wasn't about to complain that I received 2 frostys.
