“Two completely different experiences, depending on whether you’re ordering takeout or dine in. The takeout is certainly adequate with nothing to complain about, but when we’ve dine in, the portions are larger, the service is good, and everything is very clean as one might expect from a relatively new restaurant. One quibble: they really need to have Coke Zero as the app says. And the soda fountain is sticky to the point where if you turn it on, you have to manually turn it off.“

“This KFC has the friendliest staff for the conditions that they work in. I frequent this restaurant and it is literally the only KFC for miles and no one wants to cut the staff any slack. Especially if it’s one of those nationally televised specials, this KFC can get pretty busy. Just to let you folks know that there is at least one person in the Kankakee county area that appreciates what you folks do.“

“Great experience. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. My only very minor complaint was that the order took a few extra minutes than the estimate provided online. They were quite busy though so it's understandable. Other than that the food was very fresh and tasted great. Service was exceptional. I'll be back soon!“
