I made an online order but still waited extra time for it to be ready which I do understand if it does get busy (I work in retail) but I had hopes that the food would at least be fresh. The burgers were alright, the fries were stale and the soda wasn’t the best sadly… and sadly I was missing a large fry order (3/4) I do hope they get more help and improve the quality.

First, I want to compliment the young lady working the counter, Jayla! She was very courteous and helpful. It has been quite some time since my husband and I have been at a Wendy's and we weren't familiar with some of the newer menu items. She took the time to describe what they were and how they were made. Second, our food was fresh and HOT! It was very good! Last, and certainly not least!! The restaurant was CLEAN. The tables. The floors. The chairs. We were very happy...

Every time I go to this Wendy's (only ever been through the drive-thru) there is something that would tempt me to give the restaurant a pretty low rating i.e. card reader down, excessively long wait times, etc. (last time I saw a couple of cars in line behind me leave because it took so long). That being said, the food is always so fresh that I can't give it below 4 stars. The Wendy's where I used to live was hit or miss, but the food at this location is always...
