Service was good and restaurant was clean and nice, food was disappointing. Taste was ok but definitely did not live up to the advertised picture. Trying to add photo but won't allow for some reason. Got the wagyu deluxe burger. Much smaller than advertised picture which shows the meat as big as, if not bigger, than bun. Mine was not anywhere as big as the bun, plus they didn't have the pickles which were supposed to come on it. I like pickles so would have ordered something else...read full review
Took about 3 minutes for the staff to acknowledge us. 2 customers were in dining room, 2 cars in drive through, and the 2 of us. There was a lot of goofing off rather than working, likely due to being over-staffed...or they are the best 17-something yr old employees who got EVERYTHING done 3 hrs before closing. Food was prepared quickly, it was fresh and hot. Overall appearance of restaurant is "old and outdated", but it was for the most part, clean. Bathroom was fresh smelling...read full review

They were out of all shakes when we went which was a big bummer because that why we chose Arby's. But, what we did have was good. There was a young man working the drove thru window that was very professional and kind. Food was fresh and delicious.
