Every time I go to this Wendy's (only ever been through the drive-thru) there is something that would tempt me to give the restaurant a pretty low rating i.e. card reader down, excessively long wait times, etc. (last time I saw a couple of cars in line behind me leave because it took so long). Two times now, had to leave the drive thru because of the time it took to take orders. Went inside and they told me they wait. After 8 minutes, I left. The store was fully staffed with many just standing there.

First, I want to compliment the young lady working the counter, Jayla! She was very courteous and helpful. It has been quite some time since my husband and I have been at a Wendy's and we weren't familiar with some of the newer menu items.
