The people are great and have always had great consumer service but quite literally Everytime I've been there one item was messed up in some way. Last time I went I got the new spicy ten piece nugget and they gave me a six piece regular. Was very disappointed.

Personally I cannot comment on the food, I am not a fast food person. But I do drive for Door Dash. This McDonald's location is one of the better locations when it comes to service. All of the employees are very pleasant when I show up for a food pick up. I have never had a customer complaint about their order being wrong so they must be doing something right. Keep up the great work.

The place is absolutely wonderful. All the managers are incredibly nice. Especially a manager named Cynthia on the day shift. Unfortunately Cynthia transferred to another store in Coal City. The general manager who replaced her is horrible. She's unlikable, just the place is not the same without Cynthia.
