I waited over 10 minutes just to try and try the waitresses attention.
Everyone in the bar saw me trying to get her attention and said nothing. They looked at my face, shook their head, and did nothing when I was trying to get the bartender’s attention. I saw one guy laughing in the corner when she ignored me.
Oh, the irony - the girl wearing the Mexican Soccer jersey COMPLETELY ignores the ONLY Latino in the bar, DURING the World Cup Mexico/England game.
I hope that was not her intent? But it came across as racist to Latinos - especially when every other patron at the bar got her attention EXCEPT to the ONLY Latino in the bar, wearing a Mexican soccer shirt.
Unless the bar is willing to directly address this concerns directly with me I will consider coming back.
But as of now? It is NOT a welcome place for Latinos,
But they are willing to misappropriate our Latin Culture during a World Cup match between Mexico and England.
They’re willing to wear all the shirts of my ancestors? But the ignore the ONLY Latino in the bar.
This will be addressed through the State of Illinois if this is not handled immediately.

Nasty food and A dirty establishmemt. The restaurant smells like greese and seatings make it impossible to be comfortable.

Food was gross. Service was awful. Not quite sure how this place hasn't closed yet. Theres so many other places to go to in this area that is wayy better management, service, and food. Look elsewhere. Def not going back

Great food, calamari is the best. Service is great. One of my favorite southside places. Chill during the week, great for games. Djs on the weekend, great prices, and great people.
