This store scams Uber orders. They take a ice cream the order then say they don't have ice cream due to cleaning. Then claim they can't cancel the order on their end, they dont have access. Uber says the store has to cancel, if I cancel I don't get my money back because the driver is there. This is the 2nd time this store has pulled this stunt

Went there Sunday this place is a dump please don’t eat anything out of this place I had to tell the employees to wash his hands after changing the garbage can bag and put on gloves.. Something ain’t right is it going out of business…

Do not order from this place I tried to place an order for a cake, and was met with such an unprofessional behavior and attitude, I was trying to call (who they told me for two days, the cake decorator.) I called, yesterday, they told me she would be here between 4am-12 I waited all day again today, and I woke up early to call. I call now 4/5 times within 20 mins of each other This lady answers, I tell her who I’m asking for, she screams to the cake decorator in the back, and she screams very ignorantly “I’m working on _______, have her call back after 12” but ironically her coworker told me yesterday that she leaves at 12. Couldn’t even have the audacity to put me on hold while she had her attitude about me calling Sooooo messed up, I was extremely excited about ordering a specialty cake, some people just don’t care about quality service. I work in the field myself and can’t imagine wasting someone’s time like that

Staff was arguing. Did not answer the drive thru. Had to pull up to order. They still was arguing had to politely wait for them to stop arguing to order. Ordered 2 strawberry coolattas. Had to pull around and wait, for them to bring the drinks out with no straws. Pulled back through the drive through for the antagonist associate to say Im bugging all over straws. No apologize no accountability.

I usually come to this Baskin-Robbins everyday after work but for some reason it was horrible I sat in the drive-in for 20 minutes and still two cars were ahead of me and I was waiting so I decided to leave get some workers do something because this is really sad to go through a drive-thru and wait 20 minutes and still don't get waited on?????????????????????????

visited here earlier tonight...and remembered why i stopped coming here in the first place. tried to call to order a cake--kept getting busy signal. drove over to see what cakes they had (as nobody would answer phone) and they had 1 cake in freezer...$50 for the one cake (8-10 people serving size). i asked the young lady at the counter if they had any alternatives? namely smaller..she told me i need to call to order a cake in advance. well that could be a problem if u dont answer the phone...

Horrible service like three months ago I order a 2 capuchino blast and ice cream thru Uber eats the first thing the person from Uber was driving a bike and then my order was incomplete I didn’t receive my ice cream I order n my my capuchino was not cover or did not came on paper bag and were are in pandemic and now every time i try to order again from this location they take my order but five minutes later they cancel my order

Good luck trying to get any ice cream from this place. The employees decide at random when they don’t want to make shakes or serve ice cream. I pulled up to the drive through at 9:18pm the other night and the girl working the window told me she was closing. Last time I checked this location closed at 10pm. Today I tried ordering a shake and was told they weren’t doing shakes anymore. Horrible customer service. Who is in charge of these people?

This will be the 5th time I had a problem at this location and I’m not one to write emails or talk to anyone regarding a franchise. Around 6:20pm 01/22/2021 I pulled into the drive through in hopes of getting ice cream...not only did I not get ice cream but I waited in the drive through for 10min without any response from a crew member. So I pulled up to the window and not one worker was in site so I pull to the front and still see no workers. So my last attempt was to call and a worker picked up the phone and was very unprofessional, I asked if their location was opened and was told the drive-through was but not the inside which I already knew. So I pull back into the drive-through and had to wait an additional five minutes. To then find out that they closed the ice cream section...now I don’t no if that is something new but I’ve been getting ice cream for years we’ll beyond 6pm. The staff is rude, they are never at their stations, for what ever reason you can never get soft serve at this location, and always claim they don’t have what they are promoting/advertising on their windows . Extremely disappointed

This is my last time going to this location. Every time I go I order a STRAWBERRY smoothie and I receive a cup with melted white ice cream. I wish I could attach a picture.
