“Beautiful interior. I felt underdressed for sure. The waitress was so sweet and helpful and treated us so well. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Food was traditional and well cooked. I can tell the cooks know what they are doing! Small curated choices that bring you back to the bar 4 or 5 times. And an ice cream machine! Haven't had one of those in years! They had a blue Tuesday special so there were blueberry pierogi and crepes. Just amazing. I wish I could come here more often! (Polish food doesn't photograph well. Trust me it is so good in person)”

“Hands down, the BEST hot dogs in Chicago. They offer regular hot dogs, jumbo hot dogs, Polish dog (boiled) and Maxwell Polish dogs (grilled). We had a Jumbo and Maxwell with everything, and both were INCREDIBLE The lady working the stand was helpful, kind, and friendly. We'll definitely be back on a regular basis. Great job!

“I learned of 3N's Oriental Groceries & Foods Market from posts on Facebook. Helpful and attentive staff, easy parking and great selection of grocery products and hot food to go. There are breads and sweets from well known Filipino bakeries. Something for everyone, even my very picky husband and son. It’s convenient and reasonably priced. Definitely worth visiting!”

“I went to chic-fil-a today and I was greeted with excellent customer service by an employee named Torry. He was an amazing employee who took his time with explaining the menu and my order to me. There was an error and Torry solved the problem in an instance and made my day better. I will definitely be back and hope Torry is there when I return.”

“Everything is always made correctly, I don’t think we’ve ever had issues with that. However the lines are sometimes longer than usual which we use the app to order ahead a lot so we don’t have to wait… but that doesn’t always work in our favor. But overall, good spot!!”

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos.
