“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!”

“Absolutely loved the nostalgic unchanged atmosphere. The food is perfect. Just straight forward polish food. Plenty of salad bar. Plenty of options for main dishes. It's not big but it's just right. Loved the stuffed cabbage, don't miss out on this. Get a little bit of everything. This place is unbelievable price you can't beat it for that too. The little tarts for dessert are so soft and crisp. They must make almost everything from scratch. I don't like Chicago area but I'd drive up for just this place alone.”

“I learned of 3N's Oriental Groceries & Foods Market from posts on Facebook. Helpful and attentive staff, easy parking and great selection of grocery products and hot food to go. There are breads and sweets from well known Filipino bakeries. Something for everyone, even my very picky husband and son. It’s convenient and reasonably priced. Definitely worth visiting!”

However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta.

“Hands down, the BEST hot dogs in Chicago. They offer regular hot dogs, jumbo hot dogs, Polish dog (boiled) and Maxwell Polish dogs (grilled). We had a Jumbo and Maxwell with everything, and both were INCREDIBLE The lady working the stand was helpful, kind, and friendly. We'll definitely be back on a regular basis. Great job!

“We went during the Komarek McTeacher Night. It was awesome! My daughter had a blast seeing her friends/classmates, teachers, PTA and other school staff! The staff at McDonald's were great, very efficient but also very friendly. It was fun doing the raffle, seeing Grimace, and was overall a memorable experience. My family loves this McDonald's location.

Also, their chocolate chip cookies are phenomenal. Never had them before, but now they are one of my favorites.”

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos.
