“Hands down, the BEST hot dogs in Chicago. They offer regular hot dogs, jumbo hot dogs, Polish dog (boiled) and Maxwell Polish dogs (grilled). We had a Jumbo and Maxwell with everything, and both were INCREDIBLE The lady working the stand was helpful, kind, and friendly. We'll definitely be back on a regular basis. Great job!

The chicago hotdogs have changed though, they no longer steam a poppy seed bun... tastes like something my mom would make with ingredients from Jewel, or you'd find in a high school cafeteria.

“looks as tho everything is done in house. the fries are fresh cut potatoes. the patties are hand made. the chicken is I think the best fried chicken I've ever had. texture of the frying and pinch of lemon pepper balances extremely well. prices are dirt cheap. if this exact item was at a downtown gastro pub it be selling for $12.99 which people would gladly pay and it be famous like Au Cheval with a line and not the $2.99 I paid. a lot of care of actual not taking shortcuts goes into the food preparation. I even saw the guy put on a brand new pair of vinyl gloves to prepare and cook the food. they are moving locations next week glad I came across them while here on business. “Trying to order on-line is ridiculous! One cannot customize an order. The requirement is to select a side, drink, toppings. If one wants a sauce , only 1 can be ordered. So If one orders three wraps only one sauce is allowed. If one calls to order with customizations, the person who answers tells you to order, and tell themwhat you don't want! It seems you will be charged for whatever order you are required to do, and there is no means to get a correct total. The on-line ordering is not very user friendly nor good customer service. You are better off going to the location and placing your order.“
