This location just like many other locations lock their doors before their scheduled closing p time. It's 7:40 and they have the doors locked and no one by the doors or windows. And when you knock on the door to let them know that there's still time left for the lobby to be opened. All they do is make the jester to go to the drive-thru. The employees getting mad because I'm there during normal business hours, I wouldn't trust them getting my order from the driver-thru. Never know what they will do.
This location and the new location that opened up in Bellwood both do the same thing. New management, new employees, better training are needed. Without the customers they have no jobs.

I went around noon for a frozen coffee. I was so confused about why there were full chunks and pieces of ice in it. It was like whoever made it was too lazy to let the coffee blend fully. I basically got a milkshake or ICEE with ice cubes in it.

This place is horrible..they never have anything I wanted a bagel,a donut, and ice cream they didn’t have any of it and when I order a PLAIN BAGEL they give me a damn bagel with seeds…..

The drive thru is slow and they ask you to pull around and wait for them to bring out the food. Most times I have to get out my car and go in. They need to improve their system
I'm going to stop buying large cold brews from here. By the time they finish putting all that ice in your cup, you only have a small cup of coffee, and god forbid if you ask for Less ice. You're damned if you do you damned if you don't and these photos are after she took some of the ice out. I'm pissed but I didn't want to be difficult all these darn ice chips, ugh. Dunkin, where you're guaranteed to get more ice than coffee. This used to be my favorite Dunkin however service has gone down completely.

Disgusting! I grabbed a breakfast sandwich, get all the way home and it has a piece of hair on it. Get all the way back to the store and they had an attitude when I asked for it to be remade, telling me that I’ll have to wait 15 minutes just for a sandwich they make in the microwave . Save your money this location is trash!

You can tell when they put absolutely no effort into making their donut's. Worst donuts I've ever had from a Dunkin Donuts, just friggin' garbage. I got a chocolate long john that looked like they applied the chocolate with a paint brush, there was hardly any frosting on it.
