I bought a six inch Turkey Tom and the barely put any turkey on it. No tomato’s when I asked for them it was a little letuce and a few pickle slices. Don’t know who made my sandwich today because they’re usually decent. Never consistent. I work at the VA a few blocks away. I won’t waste my time going here anymore. Who want’s a bread and lettuce sandwich?

Terrible service, ordered to go and was immediately prompted to leave a tip which I declined, I'm ordering to go, hello! Then I was given my sandwiches with no bag just placed on the counter and when I asked for bag he literally just handed me a bag with an attitude. And you wanted a tip??? C'mon Jimmy John's you can do better than that. I don't come here often but this certainly makes me not want to come back.

Ordered delivery, order said delivered The delivery wasn’t there I called the store immediately and they said it was delivered on a bench We don’t have a bench I was told to call tomorrow to get another meal. I said no thank you, I’d like a refund
They told me their computers were already off. No empathy whatsoever
I hung up because I knew this was going nowhere and they were more concerned with going home, than their own mistake.

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and as soon as I walked in the cashier didn’t acknowledge me I was just standing there. She had the worst attitude throughout the whole interaction. From the time I walked in and left I would say she took half and hour to just make a simple sub. I already reached out to corporate and will be taking this matter to the higher ups ( district and regional manager ) It seems like the management there also don’t care as all the reviews are stating the same exact thing and nothing is changing. They need a re-training on customer service. Your district manager will be in touch with your management team and employees.

Should’ve taken the 3.5 star rating on here more seriously. I ordered a sandwich for my coworker and requested mayo packets and paid extra for bacon - didn’t get either. Also, the bottle of Coke that came with my combo was room temperature. What a waste of $20.

They cannot follow simple instructions. I ordered no lettuce, the cashier repeated the order to me but they chose to make the sandwich how they wanted and not what I paid for.
