Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

We made an online order for 2 pizzas and 2.5 lbs of Lou’s wings. Boom, order goes through and my husband goes to pick it up. Instead of calling the number on the order to tell us they didn’t have Lou’s sauce, they decided to take it upon themselves to just made BBQ wings instead. Not only did my husband complain, but they did nothing for him. Almost a $90 order and they couldn’t even bother to call. Oh but they had a mild sauce that is supposedly a bit spicier than the Lou’s sauce. But yet they went with BBQ….

I have always gotten friendly staff and good food. The pan pizza is nice and buttery, but my favorite is still the regular thin crust. Just know it's pricey for some.

Was really happy when we got a malnatis in our area. Almost always order deep-dish. It was really good upto a couple months ago. They always had tons of cheese and layers of meat. The last couple times our pizza was terrible.
The crust is so bland and dried out. Not what you would call crispy. They have been all sauce no toppings. Hardly any cheese and no meat. Called to complain, they made us another one and it was just as bad. We'll stick with other locations. If you want decent pizza that's closer stick with Giordanos, rockys pizza, Al's pizza, literally any of them in the area are better for $40

It's bland now. It was once my favorite pizza. The taste is not like before. Pizza crust get soggy quick, no flavor.

Man when I discovered this pizza in 2023 it was amazingly delicious and it continues to be just that. If you like to eat pizza, you cannot go wrong here. I love the pepperoni they use. I always add extra. Just keep in mind it’s not a dine in place. Strictly curbside or in store pickup. People are always nice and it’s always clean.

Do not order delivery from here… their dashers do not deliver the food and then they charge you for the order. This store location hides behind “it’s a third party.” Then don’t refund if the order was never delivered.
