Tell me why you can place an order online for delivery in 30 minutes and an hour later, no delivery. AND you can't get anyone at the store location to answer the phone. You pretend to call and order a pizza and that department ALSO can't get anyone to answer the phone. An hour and a half later I'm told that the location is closed for maintenance repairs. Love their food but terrible customer service. And not the first time something like this has happened at Broadview location. Thank goodness I didn't use my credit card that they would have gladly charged. Get it together!

Just placed an order for pick up asked for 2 pizzas square cut got this. Asked for mozzarella sticks which is supposed to get a marinera dipping sauce didn’t have it and they tasted weird. And one pizza crust seemed undercooked. Called the store and didn’t get a response.

Didn’t know there was a Pizza Hut nearby until I came across this one. The pizza was pretty darn good the first two times I came here; however, this third visit will be our last. Ordered a pepperoni pizza online, went to pick it up and was told we still had a few minutes before it was ready. This was more than fine as we love our food fresh. Got home and our 6 year old was more than ready to dig in, as soon as we opened the box and picked up a slice we noticed a bug on one of the pepperoni slices. My husband stated that it was a burnt piece of pepperoni but after zooming in we both confirmed it to be a bug. I called in and informed John at the pizza hut store and he told me to bring it back in the morning for a refund and that he would speak to the manager Liz. I came in and the lady pictured below asked me to tell her what the issue was as “we can’t just refund people”. I explained and afterwards she laughed and said “idk where this came from but it wasn’t us, we don’t have bugs”. I then informed her of how I witnessed two males (one with a durag and boxers showing), both come from sitting outside the kitchen on their phones, go back into the kitchen without washing hands and without gloving up prepping dough. Her response was, “so, that bug ain’t come from us. We don’t have bugs”. I politely asked for my refund and stated that I just wouldn’t be back since even lack of basic hygiene is not concerning to her.
Stated all of that to say this… future customers of this location…..please check your food before leaving, you never know what may have crawled out of someone’s shirt.

The food was not fully cooked except the wings The pizza was overburnt and the chocolate brownie was undercooked the wings looked to be cooked correctly though

I was delivered the wrong order and was told by costumer service to call the store I call them 20x and nobody ever picks up this place is one of the worse managed pizza huts nobody should order from them very unprofessional and shady

By all means, add mine to the ever growing list of negative reviews. Not even worth the time of going into detail. Dried out, old cheese pizza they gave my granddaughter. Asked them to open the box to check the accuracy of the order and the bad smell damn near knocked me out. Umm cancel this order pls that smells terrible! OMG has Pizza Hut gone downhill since the 70's when it was actually pretty good pizza. Stay away!! No quality control. Just stinky pizza.

Got pizza was burnt,unbeatable,tried calling store for half hour and they refused to answer phone.
I called in an order for pick up July 26th 7pm. Large stuffed crust ½ cheese ½ sausage and an order of boneless Buffalo wings,I was told it'll be ready in about 15 min. After 20 min, I go in to get my order. I gave my name,the cashier couldn't find it in the system, he asked could it be in a different name & I told him no. I told him what I ordered & he found it & said it was put in as a "future order for 8pm" ? He said give it 15-20 min & it'll be ready. 20 min later ,I go in, get my order a 2nd time, open the box & it's a stuffed crust with cheese & sausage NOT " ½ cheese ½ sausage like I placed on the call in ? he said give it another 20 min. After 20 min ,I go in get my order a 3rd time & it was correct & I asked if he can give me something complimentary for the inconvenience? He said "no because it wasn't a mix up on their end" ??.. it definitely wasn't a mix up on my end(the customer)..I gave the order how I wanted it. Pizza Hut needs to stop outsourcing their call in orders. I shouldn't be inconvenienced over an hour for a 15 min pizza & be told it wasn't a mess up on their end because the person answering the call messed up the order that was sent to the store. ?

I ordered the box special with a half pizza melt and 4 boneless wings for 6.99 one day. 3 days latera I ordered a full pizza melt and 4 wings for 8.99. Both days I received the same amount of food for both prices. I asked the lady was this a mistake because this time I ordered a full melt instead of a half. She said no, that is how they is trained to make the food for this box rather it’s a half or full.which is ridiculous because I’m paying more but getting the same food as the 6.99 special. I have reached out to the store multiple time to contact the manager about the situation but haven’t got a response.
