Everything is always made correctly, I don’t think we’ve ever had issues with that. However the lines are sometimes longer than usual which we use the app to order ahead a lot so we don’t have to wait… but that doesn’t always work in our favor. But overall, good spot!!
The baristas were very friendly.
Work meetings need to be done else where or a back room. Overstimulates the customers and everyone who sat down to enjoy their drink immediately got up and would leave or switch to outside because the employees are talking loud enough to not hear your own thoughts.
I came to this Starbucks in hopes to get a thirst quenching refresher to start out my day. I opted for the drive-thru, and I was seemingly the only car there. I ordered a venti mango-dragonfruit refresher. The screen read back a venti strawberry açaí refresher. Innocent mistake, I just corrected the worker and moved on. Once I arrived to the window, the worker attempted to hand me a grande mango-dragonfruit refresher. I once again corrected them, as this time the size was wrong. I then noticed that the drink they had attempted to hand me had strawberry inclusions in it. I told the worker that I didn’t want strawberries in my drink, as the drink I ordered does not contain strawberries. The worker tried to cover up his mistake, claiming that those were mangos, but I think I know what a strawberry looks like. I moved on and waited for my new drink to be made. As I was waiting, I was told I needed to pay the remainder of the cost, since I was initially charged for a grande. The remaining cost was fifty-five cents. They were worried about a measly fifty-five cents after they continuously messed up my order. Although my local Starbucks would never make me pay for their mistakes, I accepted and scrounged up some change. I am then handed my new drink, just to see that there are still strawberry inclusions in it. I had lost all hope and energy at this point of my journey, as I had been sitting in this drive-thru for about 15 minutes already, although I was the only customer. I accepted the fact that they had clearly just given up on making the drink correctly and refused to accept any fault. Do better.

Most of Starbucks locations are great.. always super friendly staff
I am an Ubereats driver and I stood at counter for 10 minutes waiting for two orders before anyone asked if I needed assistance. If you are looking for good customer service you won’t get it there.
Went inside and ordered my 2 drinks.
I was the only person ordering or even at the counter, and only 4 people were sitting in the store.
It still took a good 15-20 mins. to get my drinks.
1 four shot espresso and 1 vanilla latte.
Ashley Justus is just plain rude and disrespectful.

What's wrong with these folks leaving bad reviews.? I got a great drink just now. I love this location the ladies are always nice except for this one chick who never says a word. Lol I love the manager she's so sweet always has the best attitude too wish I got her name so I could give her my thanks!
Medicine Balls, just what a girl needs
I have been coming to this Starbucks about 4× a week for the past year. Lately it has gone downhill. I order the same drink every morning, which is a shaken espresso with caramel cold foam. I constantly have to tell them to remake it because it is made wrong. Espresso should be dark, not white. It tastes like water, with no Espresso. If im paying $7 for a cup of coffee, the least they can do is make it right. The consistency at this Starbucks is not good and the people that work the drive thru window can be a little nicer.
This morning, I visited this Starbucks location and placed an order for two cold gingerbread oat milk and chai coffees. My order took 20 minutes to be prepared, and when it finally came out, I received two hot drinks instead of cold ones. I informed the staff member that my order was for cold drinks, not hot. She argued with me, questioning if I had mentioned that when I ordered, to which I confirmed that I had. She then told me I would have to wait again. I responded by saying that I had already waited 20 minutes for two incorrectly prepared coffees. The customer service was very poor and the staff member was rude.
I am not coming back to this Starbucks location again!
