This morning, I visited this Starbucks location and placed an order for two cold gingerbread oat milk and chai coffees. My order took 20 minutes to be prepared, and when it finally came out, I received two hot drinks instead of cold ones. I informed the staff member that my order was for cold drinks, not hot. She argued with me, questioning if I had mentioned that when I ordered, to which I confirmed that I had. She then told me I would have to wait again. I responded by saying that I had already waited 20 minutes for two incorrectly prepared coffees. The customer service was very poor and the staff member was rude.
I am not coming back to this Starbucks location again!

This place is the worst went to get two coffee the lady in front got her order the man behind me go his order l was still waiting everyone got there order and was gone but not me so l ask they said they were sorry but still didn't have my order then to top it all off they made the coffee wrong l will Never go back there again horrible service no Thank waited 14 mins for two coffee that they got wrong wound not go there

Nice Starbucks. Clean and well organized. Friendly. Good drinks. I got a pumpkin spice latte, 1/4 sweet.

I moved to this area in late June and have always been accommodated well, however this morning was NOT a pleasant experience! I arrived at the drive through around 11:15ish I specifically asked for easy ice and this Latina individual was very rude! She didn't greet me at all, and then when I notified her of my specific instructions like "Light Ice" which it was heavy on ice, she asked if I would like for her to take some out! At that point I just wanted to leave! She didn't even apologize for her incompetence or wish me a good day! Not going to Starbucks anymore!

Placed my order well in advance and while my app said my order was ready to go it was incomplete. I watched them make everyone’s order in line before attending to mine. When I asked the barista why my order says it’s completed but I was still missing an item she replied with an attitude “we’re backed up” instead of asking me what it was that I was missing. Awful service!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years, and over the past several months unfortunately have seen it take a turn for the worse. There have been several occasions where they have messed up our order (but with their customer service they remake the drink, which is one thing I love about Starbucks!) however, it is happening more frequently and my experience Friday morning will be my last visit to this location .
I placed a mobile order for store pick up. When I picked up the order, I noticed right away the drink was made incorrectly. I waited in line and of course, the team was extremely busy which I totally understand (I too am in the service industry, so I get it!)
However, nobody acknowledged me even though I had been waiting there. Nobody thought to say, “we’ll be with you in just a minute: so sorry for the wait….” Etc. it seemed that everyone was more concerned about mobile and drive thru orders which was frustrating to say the least.
Being on a time crunch, I had to go. So I left with the wrong drink and went to the Starbucks in LaGrange later that morning.
I am not one to typically give reviews, especially a poor review , and like I mentioned—I work at a restaurant, so I do have more patience and understanding than many customers I feel. But how I was treated the other day simply was just not too cool.
Really bummed to see this location’s customer service just go down the drain. Love Starbucks, but will not be returning to this location.
I hope that things change here and wish the best for the team

I came in and I couldn't hear what the girl had asked me, I asked her again if she could repeat what she said, and she had an attitude because she had to repeat herself . It's partially my fault for not having my hearing aid, but She could have been nicer about it
Took them 30minutes to give me my coffee service is getting worse.

This Starbucks can do better.
The waiting time was too long and they didn't call out when drinks were ready, so we had to go and check up ourselves.
It was too loud in there, and I could hardly have a conversation with another person. There were some people trying to study but the atmosphere wasn't that great.
Even the seating wasn't very comfortable.
Drink taste was decent though.

Nice staff but move like they have no where to go. I usually try to avoid this Starbucks because just for a cup of tea my wait has never been under 25 minutes regardless of how many people are there.

Busy but very efficient location. Tasty treats if you have time to sit for a little bit. You can order ahead if you're in a hurry & don't forget to tip your server. On the day I went they were busy and short staffed but they were kind enough to mention this so I could choose to stay & wait for my order or not. I appreciated thst kind effort so I did stay & my service was successfully completed with a smile!

The worst Starbucks the employees are incompetent waited 30 minutes for my drink I had to ask for my money back and leave never coming back to that one

Run low on energy, stop by Starbucks in Broadview Illinois. I put order in through the mobile app. Thinking that it might have been quick. It took roughly the 15-20 minutes. And there was only four cars in front of me. I was shocked ! Maybe they would just understaff.
