Service was exceptional greeted on the entry of the establishment when seated complementary water placed at the table server asked for drinks or if we need a little more time order the French 75 and the salmon bite which was seasoned to perfection then ordered the shrimp and grits as well as the kale Caesar salad with grilled salmon. My friends and I felt that the server was not very attentive. The server was getting ready to ask for my order and then walked off when another customer asked for her attention. That was rude and not right and she didn't come back to ask for my order again 5-10 mins later. She lacked customer service. Also, the server played in my friend's faces when one of my friends tried to get her attention by waving at her and the server waved back and didn't come to the table to assist. The table we were seated was too small for 3 ppl and the server didn't want us to give another table to sit at comfortably even though it was birthday. The food took a while to come out and my friends and I ordered burgers and the burgers were warm and the fries were COLD! That was unacceptable! The server was very unprofessional. I highly would not recommend for the service but the ambience was nice.

This was my first time at The View and I will definitely be back. The DJ was off the chain, the food was delicious the service was awesome!!!

Place is small but that was ok, food was mid at best and the service was poor. We never received our drinks when we asked the waitress she told us it was a wait but we seen other patrons come in after us and had 2 rounds of drinks. The prices were cool but I don't like that I had to pay $30 for gratuity when the service was poor as hell!

The View is my "Go To" place. The food was Amazing, seasoned to perfection. The owner kept bringing us shots of drinks that they were trying (they were SO GOOD), music was 90s inspired (LOVED THAT).....it's always a good vibe when we come here. Whether it be toned down or turned up

This was my first time at The View and it was absolutely incredible a true hidden gem! From start to finish, everything about the experience was amazing.

Our server, Kenya, was phenomenal. 10/10. She was polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Anything we asked for, she handled right away. She gave us great recommendations and even surprised us with free shots before we left that kind of hospitality is rare. Big shout out to Kenya for truly making the night memorable!

The atmosphere was just as great as the service. The DJ was cutting up interactive, fun, in a great mood, and kept the energy alive with dancing and engaging with the crowd. The vibe, the music, the service, the drinks… everything was top tier.

If you’re looking for a spot with amazing service, great music, and unforgettable energy, The View is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Our server Katrina I believe was nice amd welcoming. The DJ was good amd friendly. The free shots were good and music was good . The other staff was friendly. We felt welcome. We will be back for dinner or happy hour . The cocktails were good. The broadview Hennessy cocktail and lemon drops . Thanks

Came in during happy hour! Food is delicious! The fried catfish and shrimp baskets are fried to perfection! The salmon bites are juicy and crispy! The frozen cocktails were a hit! Great food, good music , great atmosphere! Marcus and Ari our servers were so kind and friendly! Overall great customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my family dine in on brunch this pass Sunday and it was great , I’m young so at first I thought it was for older people I was wrong I truly had a good time . My server Kenya was polite and funny and took care of my family with grace I will definitely come back .

My sister and I have dined at TheView1701 about four or five times now, and each time I've been fortunate to have Kenya as my server. Her service is consistently outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I'm seated to the final farewell, Kenya always ensures the experience is seamless and enjoyable. She remembers details from past visits, makes great menu suggestions, and always has the most positive energy. It's clear that she loves what she does, and it truly enhances the dining experience. Outside of the delicious food, Kenya is one of the main reasons I keep coming back — she represents the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. If you're visiting TheView1701, I highly recommend asking for her. You won't be disappointed!
