The food here is seasoned to perfection. The ONLY con is SMALL portions for the price!! I ordered shrimp and fries. An hour later, we ordered out!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here on Monday. Our server was Riel. The customer service, food, and ambiance was 5 stars all the way. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all of my friends and family. Praying that this restaurant is blessed to have years of success to come.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked a section here on March 18 for April 19 and paid a $250 deposit. The time was from 10-2 I arrived at 10:20 and they overbooked and didn’t have m a section for me. It was my birthday and they ruined it 😭 I wish they could’ve called me in advanced to let me know that they were overbooked and I would’ve took my money else way. I’m so disappointed 😔

The view was lit.Best black owned restaurant in Broadview It was my cousin 49th Bday. We had 3 reservations. The host Breyal was wonderful she combined our reservations so we could all be in one area , And the others two host Drew and Darrel were so nice , polite and on point. With the clean up TISH did me well on my Remy n cranberry. She Didnt charge me the original prices. And the food 🔥 everyone said it was delicious. Chicken was seasoned to perfection, the shrimp n grit , lamb chops , burger .waffles etc Errrthing delicious . Overall I give 5 stars for the ambience , service , accommodations. Good was great. We had a blast .

They are unfair liars still let people in when they say they are full of capacity don't give me wrong. The brunch is good, but they are liars security still stand at the door as if they're taking people in and taking people money. I will report them every chance that I get I will not be coming back here ever again for a black owned business. It definitely don't have no black own ship. Nino!!! don't know how to run his business and he don't know how to run his door order security guards. Will not be back.

Disappointed by Poor Customer Service

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at VIEW , but unfortunately, the poor crowd management and lack of hospitality left a bad impression. After spending well over a good amount of money with my group, I stepped away to use the restroom, only to return and be told to move from my seat due to what seemed like disorganized crowd control where the employee proceeded to to remove the chairs from my group . To make matters worse, when I tried to stand in a completely non-obstructive area to locate my friends, I was told I couldn’t stand there either. When it was so crowded others were standing there as well.

I understand that bars get busy, but paying customers should not be treated like an inconvenience. A little courtesy and better organization would go a long way.

I've been here for Brunch and Dinner. The service has always been on point and the food is superb. The only downfall was they waited to tell our party when we got there that there was only a 90min sit down time due to a airing fight they were showing. Baby we made the most of those 90mins, all the staff were so professional and my sister got bday shots on the house! I will definitely continue to be a patron at this restaurant. Salmon was one of the best Salmon dishes I've ever tasted. Two thumbs up for The View1701!

I booked a 9:15 pm table for two 48 hrs in advance. I then called and spoke to staff who stated that they do not charge for admission until 10pm.When I came on time for my reservation tonight, the lady at the booth stated that she will not honor my reservation then tried to charge my husband $40 at the door and me $20 at the door. This clearly says it’s a restaurant but they operate it like a night club. This would have been my first time here but I didn’t get in since it’s cash only with no ATM and I won’t be back.

Never had a perfect lamb chop. This place is a whole vibe. From the owners, bartenders, the cook, the waitress to the food. Everything and everyone was pleasant.

The cloth chairs along with the wall cushion chairs were filthy not to mention dog running around in the restaurant

I enjoy coming to this place. Super nice vibe, the DJ is always on point, the people always look good, and it’s fun. If you’re going on a weekend, make a reservation because it gets crowded and there’s not too many tables. One side is for dining and the other side is the dance floor. Drinks are usually between $14-$22 for a cocktail. The food is really good so it’s worth it.
