Two strikes. First time, no service at the drive through despite seeing employees inside leaning on counters. Second time I went inside, and service was friendly and super fast - too fast, as they're clearly just reheating premade food. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard, the gyro was dry, the fries were soaked with grease and soggy (which I actually like, but it did result in a massive congealed fry ball), two orders of fries were combined without asking, and they forgot to give me my drink. For the price, this isn't it. The Wendy's and Culver's along Ogden are better options. I also find the owner's responses to reviews a bit aggressive.

It's a hamburger hot dog place we've all been to these before. Bills is a little bit better because they cook everything made to order so you know it's fresh it's hot and it's pretty doggone tasty. It's a couple more bucks than some of the other places around, but again they're making everything fresh. I think a few bucks more is completely worth it for that quality.

They are rushing the food and comparing to the original is falling short on food quality. I ordered a Maxwell polish and the onion were supposed to be grilled the were raw and super greasy half way cook . 2nd time I ordered a double cheese burger and the flavor on the meat was flat and wasnt broil at all, The third time I ordered a gyro and wasn't flame enough. I won't come back . I'd rather drive to the other one, the food quality is excellent sorry bill have to work on not rushing the food too much.

Came in yesterday to buy lunch for the family , everything on the menu tastes fantastic My wife had the bacon cheeseburger she loved it. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich that was really good. The hot dogs are great . Fries are good. Staff is very nice and welcoming , they forgot an italian beef but i called them up and they made it right. Thank you everybody at bills for serving great food and providing great customer service.
Beef sandwich was bland, no flavor. Gyro was meh. Fries no good either. Pricey sub par food, was hoping this new place would be a good to spot. Oh well...

Just as awesome as the original, slightly smaller, hence express, but just as good as the original in Lagrange park.
The hours 11am to 8pm. Are perfect.. will be the reason this establishment will succeed and not fail like all the others who tryied to appeal to a 5pm to 1am crowd.

Ordered Spicy Chicken sandwich, fries, and drink - Drink was RC (if you know you know), fries were good and fresh (really enjoyed them but could be crispier), and now the thing that kinda saddened me the sandwich. Though is was good it wasn't great by lack of follow through on the spicy. Like, it was absent from the bird. Delicious but no spice just seasoned. I'd be back to try some other things but please for love of all things delicious fix that sandwich.
