“We love a place that offers gluten free options!! The GF Pigs in a Blanket were great and the crepes looked really tasty. We came around Easter and it's decorated so cute. The service is top notch too!Highly recommend!”
“I am an avid eater!!, yes and I have been comparing this place and it’s simply great. The place is clean, food is very good and authentic and most of the family works. Only concern is that the place is small and it gets crowded on weekends.”
“This is a fantastic spot for tacos -- the staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a large catering order and it was ready when we picked it up -- and delicious! Thank you so much for your help!”
“Sunday Funday! Great place to watch the game on a rainy Sunday! Drinks, food and staff were great! Buffalo chicken sandwich and fried cauliflower were our favorites!!”
“We ate there a few weeks ago for the first time. Its delicious, the people are super great and since we are working nearby we have been back multiple times its so good. We had Tacos, Birritos, Birria ramen and sopas...ALL delicious to perfection!”
“The food is very good but the service is mediocre. The young servers can be a little more friendly and also they should honor the prices that are on the menu in front of you and if they've changed, then they should go ahead and change it on the menu.”
“Some of the best Thai food I have had in awhile. When I am sick, I want some spicy Thai herbs to knock out a virus and this restaurant delivered. Got Covid and all I craved was Thai food. It was soothing, comforting and made me feel better. Staff were so pleasant to work with on the phone and very accommodating. Driver respected my no contact delivery request. The Tom Khar soup was phenomenal - creamy, delicious and all the right spices. Green curry was soothing and smooth. Food was clean and fresh. It was so good I ordered from here 3 times in 1 week while I was sick because that is all I wanted. My sister is now hooked on this place because when she got sick I ordered her what I had and it made her feel better as well. Nothing like fresh comfort food that does not weigh heavy on you to make you feel better. Would recommend giving this restaurant a try.”
“The martini list is amazing and the bartender made them strong. Everyone was very friendly and I liked all the fish on the walls. It had a kind of dark vibe and the music was 80s/90s based. The bathroom was clean too.”
“Attended BBQ 101 presentation at Beach Ave. Juan and Chris, the owners, are very knowledgeable, and they both shared the style in which they prepare and cook for the restaurant. The conversation and interaction with all of us was informative and funny throughout. We were also served to sample the finished foods they were demonstrated. Along with the food, several beers and soft drinks were also available to sample. If you enjoy BBQ and smoking meats and poultry, I would highly recommend attending this event. You will come away with added knowledge of the art of preparation and smoking items for you and your family and friends to enjoy.”
“We go here once in a while for the open mic, and have found the owners, patrons and performers to be friendly and welcoming. I just wish it weren't so far from where we live.”
“One of two Imperial Oak locations, this one's in Brookfield. Spacious place indoors with a lot of craft brews to choose from. An outdoor patio is available. Parking is limited if there's a good-sized crowd in the house.”
“Un.be.lievable!! SO much food! So good! From the simple shredded cabbage salad to the chicken and sausage grilled to perfection, this wasn't a dinner - this was a feast! It was my first experience of pljeskavica, and simply long to be able to have it in my hometown. I brought some leftovers home, grilled a couple of buns in butter, and added onions and an aioli, and it was one of the most flavorful sandwiches I've ever had. The French fries were perfect as well. I couldn't eat another bite, and...what? Dessert? No, I couldn't possibly...crepes? Well, maybe a bite or two (yeah - finished it). This will DEFINITELY be on the list when we return to Chicago. What got me is this place is in Brookfield. My work had a conference at the Brookfield Marriott back in 2016, and we were looking for great local food places. At least we know about it now! Oh - and you must know how to speak Serbian. No English.”
“You will be happy you chose to eat at Burger Antics! I had the Midland burger. The caramelized onions, Dijon mustard, and pickles were so delicious. The fries are crispy and fresh. Cocktails are delicious and balanced. And if you have room for dessert, the carrot cake has the texture of a brownie with perfect cream cheese frosting. Service is fantastic!”
“Good spot for drinks and music... Lots of walks of life here at this place but it's mostly chill with the occasional of characters you would get at other spots”
“It is the best family restaurant around it beats every other place their food is the best they give you enough to eat and they are just so friendly and you feel like your family when you're there”
