Stopped in to grab a drink and some dinner. Ordered the tacos based on what we had been told by others, and we were not disappointed! The tortillas were soft corn, but the outer one was fried a bit, so it was slightly crispy and delicious. The meat (steak) was well seasoned and a bit of cheese melted at the bottom rounded it out. This place is always a great stop. Like most places are now, it's understaffed. However, the staff that they do have are on point and friendly.Where this place really excels is the other patrons. Always friendly people there, a really great time.

Phil's is a terrific neighborhood bar! Not only is the staff friendly, they have a lot of fun entertainment such as darts, games, slots, touch tunes music, multiple tv's, they have some of the best tacos, fresh made chips and salsa and delicious wings! Great any time of day, I've gone for lunch, drinks after work or late night tacos.
