No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “Me and the wife had dinner her for our anniversary. Nice atmosphere. Nice Latin music to match. Brussel sprout appetizer was superb. I had a wood fired ribeye steak. It was good but I had to say I was expecting it to be better. My wife had the Pescado(fish fillet) and she said it was good as well. I don’t trust my wife much when it comes to fancy food cuz she’s a picky eater and is more a burger, pork chop or fish fry kind of gal. Overall it was a very nice dinner for both of us and wouldn’t mind coming here again.“

“Absolutely delicious! We ordered delivery from New Era. Food arrived quick and HOT! I ordered the Steak Huarache, my partner ordered a chicken quesadilla. He said it was the BEST quesadilla he’s ever had. Homemade tortillas, melty cheese, seasoned chicken - YUM! I had honestly never heard of a huarache until this restaurant opened. I had to try it - it was phenomenal! So delicious and full of flavor! Their red and green salsa is amazing! Definitely will order again and look forward to visiting in person!“
