“I drove to Brookfield from Toronto to spend a few days at the Galloping Ghost Arcade and my only regret is not eating more tacos from this place. This little spot right between the arcade and my hotel pushed the trip over the top into the best time I've had in my adult life. I dropped in at least seven times.

Tacos are my favourite food. I make tacos myself, sometimes by the hundreds for neighbourhood cookouts. The food here is fantastic texture wise. I loved the chorizo texture in particular. The flavours are subtle, but delicious. Get cilantro and add some of their salsa, maybe squeeze some fresh lime slices to really make it sing. Amazing prices and the service was great.. genuinely warm and friendly with proper attention to detail and no BS!“

Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “We’re not from around here and I’m SO glad we gave this place a try. Everything was great! Service, environment, food, quantity and prices. I wish we could bring them home with us! We tried taco dinner(asada, lomo & al pastor) and chimichanga. Salsa and chips served and they make fresh guacamole to your liking. Loved it!!! Our horchata and Jamaica were super large cups and tasted delicious and fresh. 100% recommend this little place.“

It looks small from the outside, but it’s enormous in flavor! It’s a very cute and nicely decorated place. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. But the food… it rocks! We ordered the Orden de Quesobirria and a Carne en su Jugo and a Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus water) and a Horchata (rice water). The Carne stew was delicious! So many levels of flavors. It can be pricey to some, but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out. If this venue was in the #Pilsen area, you would def need a month or two reservations. The chef is #Michelin rated – say no more. Highly recommended. We had the Ribeye tacos very delicious and tender meat was well done, they also put grilled onions and peppers which adds more flavor to the 🌮. Be aware the peppers 🌶 are a bit spicy so eating them with their salsa might be too much spice for some people. I would do either or but you feeling adventurous try it with both. Pastor tacos were very flavorful comes with onion and cilantro. Asada tacos were rich in flavor well seasoned and not dry. These are hardy tacos 🌮 average person will get full with 2-3 tacos. Tortillas are oiled nicely and cooked well they hold their shape while eating after lime and salsa have been added doesn't get soggy or break apart. Over all great spot 9/10 👌 will eat here again. It is a small place so if it gets busy seating might be an issue they have 3 tables outside and a bit of counter seating inside.“

“This is one of my favorite vegan Mexican restaurants. Chef Patricia is so sweet. I almost always get the Carne Asada burrito but I’ve loved everything I have tried. The nachos & tacso are so good too. The peanut butter cookies are probably the best I’ve ever had. I love the chocolate mini Bundt cake.“

“Love this place! Great carnitas! We go with our family and it can accommodate a group of 10-12 easy. We order the carnitas by the pound and they bring it to the table with hot tortillas. The guac is great as well. I just wish they served more guac with the chips. The salsa verde is excellent. The one thing they have I that I have never had before is the horchata cafe. It’s a must have!! The staff has always been so kind & I think they really like what they do when you just watch their interactions with customers. Can’t wait to return !“

“We drove all the way from downtown just to get tacos from Aztlan Taqueria and it was 100% worth it. The steak tacos are some of the best we’ve ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. Both the flour and corn tortillas tasted incredibly fresh, like they were just made. The salsa was delicious and clearly homemade bright, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the tacos. And the guacamole? Absolutely perfect. No extra salt needed just fresh, balanced, and spot-on. On top of the amazing food, the staff is so nice and truly goes above and beyond. The service made the experience even better. Hands down, some of the best tacos around. We’ll gladly make the drive again! 🌮“
