“We visited today around 8 PM, and although I didn’t get a chance to ask for his name, I really wanted to take a moment to recognize the male employee who helped us. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He even offered to help me with my order at the kiosk, which I really appreciated. My son accidentally dropped his horchata and made a mess, and this gentleman immediately came over, cleaned everything up, and even made sure we had another horchata. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, but his genuine kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me.

On top of the amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and full of flavor, and we really enjoyed our meal. I truly hope the owners see this review and know what a hardworking, caring, and welcoming employee they have. Customer service like this makes such a difference and deserves to be recognized.
