“I just ordered this for a quick bite to eat. I must say, the food was extremely delicious. Not too overwhelming where I’m feeling stuffed but good enough for me to be fulfilled with eating and not needing anything else. The rice and beans were amazing. I had the burrito with lettuce, cheese, steak, sour cream and cilantro. Cooked to perfection and delivered quite fast through DoorDash. 10/10. Definitely would recommend“

“My wife and I have been eating lunch here once a week for a few months now. It looks like a mom & pop tamale place, which it kind of is, but Danny and Johanna have fine dining experience, which shows up in the quality and presentation of the food and the friendliness of the staff. We've tried most of the menu, but we almost always get whatever the special tamale and special quesadilla are. We always feel welcome. We always feel well-fed. We always leave happy, no matter what mood we were in when we walked in the door. It's one of the best places we eat, regardless of the price point.“

“Last week I was on my way to take my son for a haircut and decided to stop and eat here. It was my first time. Service was great and food delicious. I was not having a good day but tried my best to not show it. As I'm eating I saw a man come in. Eat by himself and then left. My surprise when I went to go pay. This man had paid for my food. Who ever it was Thank you so much if this is ever read. That was a beautiful gesture and completely made my day. I got my son his haircut and took him for some ice cream afterwards. “What a hidden GEM! Friends of ours took us out to dinner here once, What a great place! Drinks are excellent, foods is to die for and plentiful and the service was top notch. Nachos, enchiladas, tampiqueña, tacos, salsas and moles are great. Get here for an early dinner otherwise you will be waiting in line.“

“First i do not like spicey food, I do like mexican food on the bland side. My husband likes his food spicy. We both would order again. I was very happy with food portion and flavor. I usually dont like salsa because I can't handle the spices, but here it was served warm and I ate it all! I would love to know what was in the salsa!“

I decided to try the marlin ceviche, and it was a game-changer. The marlin was perfectly marinated, bursting with flavor, and the presentation was beautiful. For my main dish, I ordered the huevos rancheros, and it did not disappoint! The eggs were cooked to perfection, complemented by a rich and savory sauce that tied everything together. Both dishes were so good that I found myself savoring every bite.

“Taco Maya is so good! If you've never been here, you have to go! There are a lot of tacos of different types here. One that I highly recommend for anyone to try is the Paneer taco! I ordered one to try and immediately regretted not getting more. The quesabirria is excellent! Try the coffee, too! You will be pleasantly surprised. The staff is very kind!“

F’bombs about politics and covering shifts made for an unpleasant atmosphere. The lack of maintaining a professional environment or even a family friendly environment was lost today. Sounds like the staff needs a manager to be present. Take your nachos to go.“
