They constantly mess up orders and conveniently “forget” to give you a receipt. This seems like fraud the amount of times they attempt to take things off my order that I paid for. If you go here, demand a receipt and make sure they got your order correct before you leave

This place used to be fast in the mornings I ordered a coffee and a small sandwich from the mobile app and when I got to the place, they had like six or seven cars in line. I figured it would be fast since you’re not really getting meals from this place. It sucked. I was late to work and I had to stay there since I had paid with my mobile app it’s not like I could just take my money back.

This is my DD when I'm in Brookfield for work. They always get my order right, and no complaints when I sometimes ask for modifications. The app doesn't allow you to write in add ons, but it's ok! I came here last night and my coffee tastes like bleach and had soap in it I was rushed to the hospital . I called the police and the person working did not open the door this person should be arrested. I was not giving a receipt at all This is a very bad dunkin one of the worst ever there is a serious case going on about this place.

Out of all dunkins this place is just the worse when it comes to quality. On top of mobile orders never being ready the coffie always comes out as burnt. Legit dread comming to this one and i normally go out of the way to the dunkins farther away but every once an awhile I give them a chance and it's just a mistake every time. Do your self a favor and if you really want dunkin just drive to another one.
The staff here is great. I work for school on a low socioeconomic area and ask the owner if he’d be interested in donating donuts or giving me a good deal at the end of the night instead of throwing out the donuts. He called me back and said no he doesn’t do that. He’d rather just throw them out.

I'm a regular customer well was at first it was fine now they take forever to take your order don't even acknowledge u. Tables always messy lots of flies. They hired people who don't know what their doing. Don't know how to take orders or understand what u say . They have a few good workers and one that left who actually are friendly and does their job right The others just look at you like your stupid ? u ask for them to remake something and it's like a huge bother to their day or they'll just add more things in and make it nasty. Hopefully it changes cause Its super close to me! ?

This dunkin is terrible. I used to go often. Lately it's been horrible. The iced coffee is always sour. Cold brew is never strong. The Dunkin at my job is 10x better.

Counted at least 8 flies in there landing on everything, asked for a refund before they could even start my order. Glad I went in instead of doing drive through so I could see the conditions inside. It’s getting colder, flies are scarce at the moment unless they’re breeding inside. One or two flies I imagine they could get in from the window and door opening… but 8 or more at once? Hope they get their act together.
