Host refused to seat us until the rest of our party arrived. Had to sit on uncomfortable wooden shelf. When we were finally seated, and the disabled man in our group slowly limped to our seats - no acknowledgment of the consequences of their crappy policy. We would have been ordering drinks and appetizers but that host forced us to wait. Lost revenue for you and a bad experience for us. Service subsequently was poor - frequently wanted to order more, no one around to take an order. Needed more plates and glasses - no one to ask. Dirty dishes just sat on the table - no one to take them away. Quality of the food was good but this attitude that older, disabled people should sit on the most uncomfortable wooden shelf because your host likes to show he is powerful and important is terrible.

Very bad experience with this Restaurant, there have been several times that it has happened to us that they steal from you, the wings are supposed to be at 1 today, I ordered 2 orders of 12, and they wanted to charge me 10 dollars for delivery, and since I didn't let me, I spoke to a girl who answers the phone and her attitude is very bad, she also wanted to charge me for the sauces, so what is the special, on another occasion they sent us burnt pizza and some raw wings... very bad service

Went to have dinner with my fiance this evening and we sat waiting to be helped for 35 minutes while the waiter didn’t so much as greet us. No “Hi, I’ll be right with you!” or anything. We watched tables right next to us being helped while he checked up on them multiple times. After the third time he walked past us we got up and left. Can’t say we had terrible service when we never even got served.

I called around 2pm to place our order ahead of time to avoid a long wait since we had 3 children in our party. The woman assisting over the phone was great and mentioned multiple times that our food would be at our table by 6:15pm.
Mario the shift manager and his front staff were super unpleasant. We came to enjoy a family dinner for our daughter’s birthday.
We arrived and no one seemed to know about our reservation and kept saying they don’t take reservations. Finally Mario confirmed our reservation and seated us at a table with 3 chairs and a bench. When we asked for the longer table, due to our party of 8, he became annoyed but said fine. Our food finally arrived almost an hour after we arrived only to be told it was ready to go and sitting in the warmer the whole time. It should have been at our table by 6:15pm as promised.
The waitress bringing our drinks didn’t hand them to us directly. She placed all of our drinks in front of my 3yo son and then dropped a sprite over his head by accident. We didn’t want to make her feel bad because accidents happen but there was no urgency to clean up/fix the issue or apologize. Finally after some time and after we already cleaned him up, our waitress offered a paisans shirt since he was soaked. It was huge so my 3yo did not end up wearing it.
We had a small cake for my daughter and Mario the manager was giving us so much attitude and was basically saying that if something happens to one of us because of this cake then it’s not his responsibility. We were okay with that but his attitude is what was so unsettling.
Overall, the food was great. Our experience was compromised bc of the people working up front that evening. They looked and acted miserable, almost like they wanted to be anywhere else but at work and took it out on us.
They took the price of our small pizza off the bill to make up for my son getting soaked. We appreciated that gesture.

Always a treat when I get to savor a delicious Paisan's pizza. Mind you back home in Texas you don't find pizza joints as good as this. On the first day in town we ordered 2 jumbo pepperoni and sausage, well done. The cheese, the sauce, and crust are all delicious. We are taking some back home on the road for sure.

I picked up my pizza. Paid with credit card and felt forced to add 10% gratuity on top for no extra service. They forced me to select from 10% and up for a gratuity. Are you kidding me ... last time

I have gone to this restaurant 3 times since I moved to Brookfield.I I do have to say you have the rudest manager and the worst service.. I order Bread sticks and it took 1 hour if not more. So I decided to cancel the order. I was going to another restaurant Sabastians down the block . Which I have to say their servers are very polite and attentive , but my daughter convince me to go there. Bad mistake. Anyway . Work on your service and get another manager to run the place. Well these are my thoughts.
